After filling out the form you may email it to us at info@presquilelanes.ca or drop in with it anytime we are open or on Registration days which are Monday September 1 from 2pm-4pm and Tuesday September 2 from 4pm-6pm. Currently our Registration fee is to be determined. We have not heard from our Provincal and National offices.
